Governed research dossier

The initial Cosmicgate AI prototype begins with a precise market question, an explicit evidence cutoff, and a governed research policy. Server-side web research is converted into a cited, timestamped, and deduplicated dossier that records what was observable when the prediction workflow began.

MCP-connected services, data oracles, real-time social attention, and licensed sports sources remain part of the broader architecture. They are introduced selectively as provenance, coverage, and evaluation requirements are satisfied.

Population simulation

A synthetic population examines the same evidence through diverse analytical perspectives. Agents produce beliefs, arguments, counterarguments, and changes in conviction across structured rounds. These artifacts help expose disagreement, sensitivity, and reasoning paths that may be missed by a single model response.

Synthetic posts, beliefs, and interactions are generated analytical artifacts. They are not real social evidence, polling, comprehensive sentiment measurement, or ground truth.

Bounded prediction decision

The prototype converts the evidence dossier and selected simulation artifacts into a governed prediction decision. The output includes the current conclusion, principal evidence, uncertainty, alternative cases, and the execution context required for audit.

Simulation consensus is not assumed to be calibrated probability. Its influence begins as report-only or zero in quantitative fusion and can increase only when controlled backtesting demonstrates incremental value over simpler baselines.

Evaluation and transparency

Historical evaluation compares outputs with statistical and market baselines using Brier score, log loss, calibration, reproducibility, cost, and latency. Every published decision retains its evidence cutoff, source references, model or policy configuration, and Prediction Compute Network execution records.

AI Forward Curves

The AI Forward Curve service is a separate production path for live consumer and trading interfaces. It combines licensed sports state, an independent forecasting model, and capital-weighted market context through calibrated fusion.

Cosmicgate Independent represents the model-derived view. Market Consensus represents the market-implied view. Cosmicgate Fused combines the two only where testing supports the relationship. None of these curves determines market resolution.
