Population-simulation posts, beliefs, arguments, interactions, and consensus are synthetic analytical artifacts. They are not real people, polling, social telemetry, or ground truth. Interfaces and reports must preserve this distinction.
Every governed prediction workflow is associated with a canonical event, a precise market question, a source policy, and an explicit evidence cutoff. The evidence dossier records cited, timestamped, and deduplicated material available at that point. Later information requires a new run or a separately identified update.
Each market defines its question, outcomes, cutoff, credible resolution sources, and settlement rules before activation. Agent systems may assist in checking completeness and consistency, but product operators remain responsible for the market specification.
Research, simulation, prediction decisions, model forecasts, market context, Forward Curves, and social attention may inform expectations before resolution. They do not determine the realized result.
After an event, separate resolution agents apply predefined rules to agreement across multiple credible oracle sources. This whitepaper intentionally keeps the resolution design at a high level because provider selection and exception handling are implementation and governance decisions.

Appropriate open-source components, models, and standards may be used where they improve interoperability, auditability, security, or engineering efficiency.
Public documentation describes roles, trust boundaries, and verifiable outputs without disclosing internal provider contracts, security thresholds, workload schemas, model configurations, or infrastructure details that could increase operational risk.
Prediction Compute Network begins as a federated network of qualified Compute Partners and independent verifiers. Participation can become progressively more open as security, quality, economics, and legal requirements are validated. No hosted service is intended to remain the permanent trust root.
