Development roadmap

The roadmap is organized as a sequence of infrastructure, evidence, simulation, verification, data, and application milestones. Progression depends on measurable technical results, provider readiness, and product validation rather than fixed promotional dates.

Compute and protocol foundation

The first phase establishes signed task assignment, content-addressed artifacts, execution receipts, Compute Partner qualification, independent verification, and the Compute Dashboard. Initial participation remains federated and selective while workload integrity and operational controls are evaluated.

Governed research and evidence

The evidence phase produces canonical market specifications and cited, timestamped, deduplicated research dossiers with explicit cutoffs. Hosted server-side web research is the initial method. MCP-connected services, real-time social attention, data oracles, and additional feeds are integrated selectively as provenance and evaluation requirements are satisfied.

Population simulation and prediction decision

The first prediction prototype introduces structured synthetic populations, simulation artifacts, bounded audit, and evidence-linked prediction decisions. Historical testing measures whether these outputs add value over simpler statistical and market baselines.

Distributed verification and replay

Prediction workflows are distributed across qualified Compute Partners and independent verifiers. Signed receipts, policy checks, replay requirements, and dashboard inspection support auditability and contributor accountability.

Licensed live data and Forward Curves

A later production phase integrates licensed sports feeds and market streams into the independent forecasting and calibrated fusion path. This phase introduces Cosmicgate Independent, Market Consensus, and Cosmicgate Fused probability curves for consumer and professional interfaces.

Application integration

Verified intelligence interfaces are integrated with Fans Pro, legendz.fun, and selected ecosystem applications. Product feedback informs subsequent improvements to evidence policy, models, simulation, compute coordination, and market interfaces.

Principal risks

Principal risks include synthetic-population bias, limited social-data coverage, data rights and licensing constraints, provider and software supply-chain exposure, network-decentralization maturity, correlated models, model drift, excessive cost or latency, ambiguous market specifications, incomplete oracle coverage, and regulatory differences across jurisdictions.

Evaluation criteria

Prediction quality is evaluated through Brier score, log loss, calibration, lift over established baselines, reproducibility, cost, and latency. Published outputs must identify their evidence context, distinguish observation from synthetic interpretation, and retain auditable execution records. Settlement remains independently evaluated against predefined rules and agreement across credible oracle sources.
